And finally the famous sushi-cakes. Yes, these are all made out of cupcakes and..icing (with coconut in it to look like rice). The "fish" is candy and dried fruit, and the things on the right there are marshmallows (supposed to look like tofu). In the dish on the left is chocolate "soy sauce", the wasabi was green icing, the pickled ginger was dried mango, and the "spicy sauce" was white chocolate mousse with green fruit roll-up "scallion". Yum.
